Bio

Over 15 years experience developing, evaluating, applying and managing programs and technological solutions to some of the toughest challenges in emerging markets. Applied data analysis, machine learning, and predictive analytics with public and private sector stakeholders. Computer programming skills in Python, R and SQL for data analysis and interactive exploration. Familiar using machine learning and deep learning frameworks for AI applications. Data engineering skills include exposure to Flask, Kafka Hadoop, Redis and the ELK stack. Demonstrated program leadership experience in a range of public and private sector project areas, including tech incubators, social media analytics, administrative decentralization, solid waste management, community policing, legal aid, and public opinion research. Trained teams and fostered collaborative work environments to deliver multi-year projects. Speaks advanced Mongolian and is proficient in Spanish. Holds a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Tufts University in English and Philosophy. Currently a graduate student in the Masters of Information and Data Science at UC Berkeley School of Information.
